You must first create a user at the ETS website and proceed to register for the GRE test. 

Remember to bring a valid government issued ID,  like your passport. Otherwise you will not be allowed to test. If you are a Norwegian citizen, we will also accept your driver’s license or national ID card. Other nationalities should bring a passport for checking in. Bank cards are not accepted as valid id.

No food or drinks are allowed in the testing room, but you may eat or drink at the test center before and after the test. Remember, there are no breaks!

You do not need to bring pen and paper or your laptop. We provide all the necessary equipment.

• You will be asked to read and sign a confidential agreement document before you can take the test.

• We will take a picture of you and you will be asked to read a short script in English.

• We provide lockers where you must store all your belongings, including your switched off mobile phone.

• Before entering the testing room we will ask you to show us your arms (rise your sleeves), ankles (rise your trousers) and the inside of your pockets.  

• We will scan you with a metal detector (terribly sorry about this!)

• When all candidates have been checked-in, we will give you particular test instructions.

• Finally, you will be asked to fill out a short survey (5 questions) 

We recommend you use only ETS certified material to prepare for the test.

Your official scores will be available in your ETS account 4-8 days after your test date. You will receive an email when scores are available.
